We offer a variety of shipping options to meet each customer's time and budget requirements. Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. If you need your order faster, select one of several priority shipping options available at checkout. The estimated shipping cost for the option selected will appear in the cart.

We also offer shipping via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.

Orders received by 3 p.m Eastern time Monday - Friday will normally ship the same day. Orders received after 3 p.m. will ship the following business day. We will notify you via email if there will be a delay in processing your order.

Sample requests are sent via First Class Mail, usually on the day the order is received.

Currently, shipments are limited to addresses in the Continental United States.

Returns

Less than full roll orders are custom cut and may not be returned, unless a defect is involved.  Full roll orders (98 feet or more of a single product) may be returned subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
